Why do you want to be stronger?

Running provides you with an opportunity to get into the fresh air, in the most spectacular scenery. A retreat in the Alps, allows you to have a week away from the stresses and strains of everyday life and an opportunity to benefit from the advice and support of experienced fitness leaders and guides.

When we refer to strength we include both physical and mental strength. Having good mental health can help you reach your goals and keep you going when you feel like giving up. But in turn, having physical strength can heavily contribute to positive mental health.

Whether you are running a 5k, trying to complete a marathon or an Ultra event you will come across barriers in your training. At times you may want to give up and stop following your training plan. You may even pick up injuries or encounter mental blocks and a feeling of “I can’t do this!”. With the experience of the team we can help you through these moments and discuss how best to overcome these barriers.

Alongside improving your mental strength we will also guide you in strength and conditioning sessions to assist your training. We will look at imbalances in techniques when running. Through strength training and training plan suggestions this can aid in improving your endurance and speed.
