What is the booking process?

  1. Complete our register interest form HERE.
  2. We will send you an email asking you to complete a booking form and a health form and also to select your retreat package.
  3. After completing the booking and health forms, you will be asked to pay your deposit via the website.
  4. You’ll receive an email receipt from us confirming payment of your deposit and information on when your final balance is due.
  5. You will be added to our participants list and receive our training plans to help you prepare for the retreat.

Example timetable and activities (We will tailor this to the groups of people attending)

Saturday: Arrive at Les Rives in time for group evening meal. Discuss tailored timetable for the week and available options.

Sunday: Pre breakfast walk. Introduction to the area. Select preferred distance option for local trail run.

Monday: Run to local refuge for lunch. Run back to Les Rives for some relaxation and an opportunity to have a look around Argentiére or relax in the jacuzzi, sauna or hammam.

Tuesday: Short morning trail run between Argentiére and Chamonix. Hills and speed work class followed by a core class & stretch. (Trip to the track to workout with Mont Blanc behind you)

Wednesday: Cross border run in Switzerland checking out the amazing trails, views and mountains, followed by coffee and cake. Afternoon chilling in the Jacuzzi, walks and fitness classes. Stretching in the alpine forest

Thursday: Trip to Italy – trail run and sight-seeing. Lunch (Pizza) in Italy. Back to Les Rives for evening meal and catch up

Friday: Morning trail run and stretch class in the alpine forest then into Chamonix to explore and perhaps take a trip on the highest cable car in France, the L’Aiguille de Midi. Evening social activity. 

Saturday: Morning walk and stretch. Transfer to the airport
