The alpine environment of the Chamonix valley is a perfect place to improve your fitness, with challenging forest and high mountain trails, it’s impossible not to improve your fitness running in the valley. We’re aware that our participants have mixed abilities which is why we tailor our retreats to meet the needs of the group.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, being physically fit keeps bones strong, supports cardiovascular health, reduces the risk of chronic diseases and increases a person’s overall life expectancy. Aside from all these very practical reasons, increasing fitness can be fun, particularly when improving fitness in stunning locations such as the Alps!
